Classifieds - fixed a few issues tonight

I spent some time tonight working on the classifieds as I noticed that all of the ads that were listed since the upgrade had tiny thumbnail images. I fixed the settings error and downloaded, deleted, and then reuploaded the images for about the last 8 classifieds. Now all classifieds have the same sized thumbnails.

I also replaced that ugly "no-Image" file with our official site logo to help reinforce who we are to our visitors...

I will be working on reprograming the classifieds as I find the time but that is a rather complicated script to rewrite so I am trying to fix some of the easier issues first.
