Can't Donate to Site Maintenance

I tried to send in a contribution, but got the message

"Accounts with limited access may not send money."

I guess I am limited (intelectually or socially?).

You are getting that error?

According to the website everybodu should be able to see that page (I am testing now)...

Please confirm when you see that error and what the URL is that you see in the top of your browser when you get that error!

OK, I set my test account o the same settings as your account and it works for me.

What browser are you using and what type of computer?

Are you indicating all of the following pages dob't work for you?

They Both Work

Both links work. The message occurs when I go through the paypal payment instructions and click the pay button.
Perhaps it is my paypal account.
