Managing Grand Summit Canyons HOA

We're rekindling our HOA forum after a hiatus.

I'm the admin, but I'm no longer seeing a prompt to allow me to

1) invite people by email to join the site 2) I'm no longer getting emails when someone asks to join the forum.

Is there a limit to the number of Grand Summit owners I can invite at one time to join TS4MS?

See if this link works http://www.timeshareforums.com/forum...editusergroups if that does not work have them go to there control panel. Best way to fiind your CP under your id name click on quick links find control panel after clicking on the left side look for networking below that click on group memberships. See if that helps

Sorry, that link didn't help my needs.

How do I see all the current members in my HOA group?
Then, How do I send a PM to all of them?
How do I invite people who are not yet members of this site to become members? Can I invite everyone in my Grand Summit actual owner's list to join by sending them all a specific 'Join' TS4MS url?
