Mark @SFX experiencing forum and browser issues

I have two issues I hope you can help me with.

1. When using Internet Explorer 10, whether its in the office or at home, on different computers, the Enter button does not move text to the next line below in either creating a new post, or responding to a post. It works in Firefox, but not in IE 10.

2. In both Firefox and IE, it does not allow me to go back in and edit my posts. From time to time, I need to go back and edit typo's or other information.

I believe only mods can edit their posts after a few hours - had to put that in place because we had a member who would alter what he said AFTER people responded to him
