We had about 6 pending members of our HOA forum.. and now it shows none.

I would send the members a PM and ask them to sign up again if you know who they are...
The old site was locked down BEFORE we moved here so all join requests should be here as well as any PM you had from the old site. This should have minimized the problem... I expect in the next few days the old site will no longer be there and that will prevent any such problems for now on.
If anybody had tried to join an HOA forum before the upgrade and you do not have access, please request to join again!
Also, has everybody saved your files off the old photoserver... Time to get them is ending soon! -

I will be killing the old forums soon because of too many problems from people trying to access the old site...
You may have PMs at the old site, but they were transfered here AFTER the old site was locked down. I expect that by tomorrow (ooops, it's 2:30AM here so I guess that is now later today) that the old forums will get removed from the server!Comment

I have had several comments that it seems hard to figure out how to join an HOA forum. Several who were interested said they were stymied when trying to do so.Comment

Go to "User Control Panel" under the "Quick Links" under the Exchange Companies & Opportunities"~~ Then on the left hand side of the page ~~ lower bottom ~~ It says "Group Memberships" ~~ There are a lot of sign-ups to join certain groups & HOA is one of them ~~

Or... go to "Quick Links" and the bottom link in the drop down is the private groups...
I am working on the layout but if those of you running HOAs have an idea of how to make it better I welcome the advise... You are welcome to keep a thread in the public areas or you can can advertise anyway you would like...
At some point I may be able to work on HOA "Homepages" on the site but frankly that is too complicated for me to do at this time...
Get your thoughts and suggestions together and we can see what we can do!
