Site Contributors getting E-mails about subscription expiring...

I have heard from two members about the site generating e-mails that your subscriptions (the site donations) were expiring. Please accept my appology as the code that does this is standard code that comes with the vBulletin forum package.

I ave found where the script is that does this and I have updated the script so that it will now only run ONCE A WEEK as opposed to daily and I have also changed the text of the e-mail that the script sends out.

We appreciate the support that we have received from members that have contributed over the past year and we continue to use these contrabutions to bring new software and features to the website. It just happens that we have been accepting donations for one year now and we just did not know that the forum software was sending these notices until this afternoon when we got a couple complaints.

FYI - I had already renewed my membership (I think that is why under my name it says bronze and siver contributor????) thru the very convenient 'click-thru' link that appeared whenever I logged onto the site - and the software didn't seem to recognize that fact.
