Problems with the PM system

I need more time to figure that other issue out as my PM box is the same way... says I have three unread but I did a database update to mark all my PMs read and it still shows... so, this is comming from somewhere else and I need some time to trace the code...

I know I should assume NO NEWS is GOOD NEWS but can I get confirmation that everything is working...

You thought I was confused before...?

I called the hosting company to see if they have suggestions to prevent some of the server errors (number of connections errors) but after sitting on hold for nearly they suggested I put in a trouble ticket...

I am planning to upgrade our hosting... not so much for space... our issue is our database load and continous pinging of the database...
