Trouble Ticket System is down

Man, I think I need to retire...

I tried installing an upgrade for the trouble ticket system and now we can not add new trouble tickets....

I am really not having a good couple of days so expect that I will simply implode that script and replace it with another one I have been using on a business website....

If anyone has problems, please PM me and Frank until I can get a new trouble ticket system installed and running...

On the left side of the navigation bar you will find "Website Navigation" and th 11th item down is the link to add "Trouble Tickets"

You might look in that list as that is how you find more great stuff on the website! Some of it still works

No, that is not funny... I am really having a bad couple of days here!

The trouble ticket system is working again!

Don't worry. Most of the stuff still works. Just relax. The basic thing work fine. Somehow, after you remove the point script the loading time become a little quicker, so it is good and bad. And we can always post here to report a problem.

Thanks...I still don't know what it is, either because it is not working properly or because there are no "tickets" to be found, but I'll try again later.

The only people that can see all trouble tickets are Frank, Myself, Tony, Lawren, and Sydney....
