The link you provided didn't do it either here. Both computers have same programs and same versions of everything. I reduced the security and even turned off Panda but that didn't do it either. I can go at one of the other computers so no worry. I am glad the Mac worked too.

OK, here is the fix...
Resolving Windows Vista AddonChat Loading Issue
AddonInteractive has identified the following issue related to a combination of issues with Java 1.6, Java 1.7, and all editions of Windows Vista.
SYMPTOMS:
If, when loading the chat room, the blue loading bar appears for a very long time, and the chat room applet never comes up, the following may help you to immediately resolve the problem. This problem is also associated with very slow page loading using Firefox, and slow eMail sending/retrieval using Thunderbird.
The following solution applies to Windows Vista users only.
SOLUTION:
The Windows Vista TCP Stack has been re-written. The following solution appears to correct many internet-related issues with Windows Vista, and seems to resolve the problem. There should be no negative effects from performing the following; but we have provided you with instructions for undoing this should you feel it necessary.
Part I: Disable TCP Autotuning
Click the Start (Windows Logo) icon
Select 'All Programs'
Select 'Accessories'
Right-Click on 'Command Prompt'
Click 'Run as Administrator'
A dialog box will ask you to confirm. Click the 'Continue' button to proceed.
Type: netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled
Press 'Enter'
The message 'Ok.' should appear.
Type: exit
Part II: Empty your Java Cache
Visit Java Chat Software - AddonChat Live Demo
The Java icon will appear in your task icon list in the lower-right hand corner of your screen
Right-click the Java (coffee-cup) icon and select 'Open Control Panel'
Under 'Temporary Internet Files', click 'Settings'
Click the 'Delete Files...' button
A window titled 'Delete Temporary Files' will appear. Make sure all options are checked and click 'OK'
Click 'OK' to exit the 'Temporary File Settings' window.
Click 'OK' to exit the Java Control Panel
Part III: Empty your browser's cache
Clear your browser's cache. Visit AddonInteractive Support Center - KnowledgeBase for complete instructions.
Shut down all instances of your web browser.
That's all. You may now try to load the chat applet. If you have any questions regarding this procedure, please let us know.
This issue is likely to work itself out in the near future as future updates of Windows Vista and Java are released to the public -- once these updates have been released, your users will not be required to go through the above procedure.
HOW TO UN-DO THE ABOVE STEPS
If, for any reason at all, you need to undo the above procedure, follow these steps:
Click the Start (Windows Logo) icon
Select 'All Programs'
Select 'Accessories'
Right-Click on 'Command Prompt'
Click 'Run as Administrator'
A dialog box will ask you to confirm. Click the 'Continue' button to proceed.
Type: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
Press 'Enter'
The message 'Ok.' should appear.
Type: exit

I am still looking at the chat software providers technical info...
What version of Java do you have in your browser?
You might like the complaint this webmaster posted:

I am fond of this one:
Bring back the old version! - AddonInteractive Company Forums
NOTE: In that thread they say " If your users are using a Microsoft virtual machine (MVM) (as I would assume is the case if you're having issues with Java released) then I would strongly advise them to discontinue it's use. The MVM is no longer supported, updated, and is often sited as a serious security risk." if that helps at all?

I really doubt this will work better, but see if you can log in at the following link:

If anyone would like to take a stab at cleaning up the file, please have at it as this is a direct export from the chat server and it has a lot of extanious text that could be cleaned up...
Thanks and Enjoy!
