We need to confirm anybody that wants to participate in the chat session on Wednesday Night can get in!

    http://www.timeshareforums.com/forums/chat.php

It is almost too late already for me to make changes but I really need people to let me know NOW that they have an issue as there is not much time to fix anything...

Lawren just posted she has issues with a laptop so this really is more then a pointless exercise...

I got in and Tony got in. But I saw others that were having problems.
"If a Nation expects to be ignorant and free in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.... If we are to guard against ignorance and remain free, it is the responsibility of every American to be informed."

I had problems getting in and when I checked Java it said the following:

CONGRATULATIONS, you have the Latest version of Java!

          I still can't get in?

OK, I have a few more suggestions for Emmy or anybody else that can not get into the chat server!

                  1. Please empty your "Cache of Temporary Internet Files"

                  2. If that does not work, try setting your security a little lower. You may need to click to get in!

I was using a PC (HP) but I am on my Mac now and I am in the Chat room with Lawren, Mike and you.

I got in, and saw Emmy in there, but I don't know if she saw me.

Yes, I saw you and heard the welcome greeting too but the window is blank. I uninstalled Java on this computer and re-installed it again. I also cleaned the cache and did a disk clean-up on this HP but it still doesn't work. Works OK on the other two computers so the problem lies here. Any more suggestions?

                            TIA.

Well, what is different about that machine?

It runds windows, what version and what about the PC that did work? Does it have anything else installed that may be blocking things (security software or settings perhaps)? Is it possibly a memory issue (I really doubt that but?)

Does it work from the link I posted above that does NOT use the forums?

I really don't have any other suggestions... I have shared all the suggestions I could get from the developer site.
