Problems with Viewin Messages

Everytime I sign-on to view "New Posts" my screen is all messed-up at the top & right ~~ I can still read the messages &/or reply to any of the posts ~~ The right side of the screen is all lines of grey & blue goin from top to bottom & the Icons at the top are pused-in for Navagation ~~ I'm postin this message with the lines to the right ~~ This just started a week or so ago ~~ Cornfused ~~
