I have been driven crazy by this myself but I posted a trouble ticket and BigFrank and Ken came to my rescue.

How do I post a trouble ticket?

In the tool bar for this site, all the way on the left, click on website navigation and trouble ticket is a sub heading. Click on that, go to report new ticket (or something like that).

That's how you post it. I will say that the problems with the clasifieds should clear up once we upgrade the software. Not sure when Ken will find the time to upgrade it.

When you click "Submit New Ad" your broswer does not go to the following page?

Once on that page, you need to select the category where you want the listing to be added. You need to add it to the correct category as at the moment there is no way to move it later....

which is for rent....

then I click on 'start new listing' and I get to this page

and then I filled out that page until I got to the 'additional details' because I didn't want to add any more details so I scrolled to the bottom and hit
"submit new ad' and NOTHING happened....the page didn't move or go to another page or do anything - no error message just nothing...

now when I did it right now to walk myself thru it again, I did get onto THIS page

which gave me an error message inside a vbullitin message box that said....
"You have left a required field blank."

I will try it again this weekend.
