What does this mean?

I was trying to use member tools>private groups page> to join the Steam Room. After I selected Join, I got the above message. What does it mean?

Hi Tom,
I believe the 'Steam Room' has a minimum post requirement to opt in....but if you really want in - send Big Frank or Sydney or Quarterbore a pm.

Thanks Pat, I did email BF. But when I when to member tools it says this..

It says anyone is free to join this user group.

Do you think the message in my first post is related to the post requirement or is it some other issue that I don't understand?

I'm not sure what we settled on for the number of posts, and that may be the reason you are not getting in. Bad timing - with BF on the way to a cigar fest and not knowing if he will have good enough internet access. Until we get it worked out, I'll make everybody stop posting about you.

Last post about it from Ken was that it still required at least 100 posts. Maybe that will change. Don't know. There's nothing interesting there anyway so you have time to catch up on your posting. It's usually 6mths between a blow up so you won't miss anything in the mean time.

Had BigFrank said that he enabled you to see the Steam Room? If so, maybe he had to set it as your primary group to make it work and a glitch happened so that when you tried to opt in, it became the secondary group also? Just a wild guess. Don't worry though, Ken will have a look and tell you what it's about soon enough.

Tom you had a check in the box for posting member which should not have been there. Your primary group was already Posting member. By having the check in the box it was like trying to be in the same club twice. As far as seeing the Steam room you did not have enough posts since it is 100. We are not to strick here so I still gave you aceess since you have been here for a while and have 50 posts.

Changed my email address and I've tried to reactivate my account. Then it said this:

So how do I do this? I don't get it.
