Issues with images, trouble tickets, resort reviews

1) I just tried to upload a resort map image to my personal photo file and was unable to do so. I thought there were not file size restrictions or that is what it says in my folder.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2550 bytes) in /home/quarterb/public_html/photopost/image-inc.php on line 99

2) So then I tried to create a trouble ticket for this and the system says:

vBulletin Message
You are not authorized to create Tickets.

3) I also went to do a resort review to put the resort map in and it says:

.........4. You can not add photos yet (you will be able to add them later).

1. I don't know about the photo server, I'll have to look at that...

2. Trouble ticket system has been turned off for months because of a security issue. The developer has not updated it and I have not had the time to code something new:

3. Yes, I never wrote the script to allow images to be uploaded to reviews.

Fun stuff, huh? I hope that I will be back to finish working on some of these issues soon but too few hours and too many projects as been a problem.

I either missed or forgot about the trouble ticket issue.

I still get the same error messages when I try to upload photos.

Create a new account for yourself and see if that works (Frank or I may well need to activate your new account before you will be able to use it... Send us a PM when you have it).

Once that is working, I will work on moving all your stuff to the new account and hopefully that will solve your issues. We need to work on that when both you and I will be on the site for a few hours to test and to evaluate when the problems start if you run into problems again.

Tonight will not work for me but get your new account setup and we will work from there.

EDIT: I created an account for you and PMed you the details. See if that works...

I had the same problem when I tried recently and reported it. It used to work perfectly before. I will try again later tonight and report back to you, Frank.

PS. All of us are on the west coast who have this problem. Is this a coincidence or is that a different setting? See this thread

Frank, enjoy your vacation. I was trying to upload an image here as I thought it had been cleared up already. I just don't understand why a few of us cannot upload pictures and the majority of us can? We have succeeded in the past.
