Following is a list of tasks that need to be done to the site. If you think of something else that nees to be done please start a new thread for discussions and if I need to add it here I will do later with a link to the discussion.

FIXED IN GREEN

Resorts Database:
1. Need to evaluate if database will work with all other trading companies
2. Need to Add all other trading companies we want to capture
3. Need to change the Resorts Datail Page layout (Need Items 1&2 to be done first)
4. Need to fix the BROWSELINKS.PHP directory width as it is not working with the layout (State list does look OK, resort list is not updated to the new layout YET)
Resorts Reviews:
1. Need to add custom fields about the nature of review.
2. Need to change display order (newest to oldest)
3. May want to allow people to rate reviews.
4. Add a "Display By" option for reviews (Newest, Most Popular, other?)
Chat:
We need a chat system. It needs to work off the forum permissions system and I have started looking at options but decided the Database is a higher priority then chat at this time.
Navbar Changes:
1. Reorder and update navbar such that...
---- a. Only signed in members can see member list
---- b. Add "Your Posts"

POST MESSAGE BOX:
NOTE: I changes this in another way for now!
I have increased the number of smiles that show up on the right when you post. I want to see about changing the layout so that smilies will be below the text box (because we use more of those) and move post icons to the right.
New Profile Page:
The standard Profile Page is very bland. I want to redo the profile area so that our members have an abuility to really make their profile their own special place.
Forum Styles:
On the old board I had worked up about 10 or so styles. The problem was I did the styles before the board was finished and then every update I did later needed to be done in each style and I got really frustrated fast! I will add more styles in the future but we need to get some of the above tasks completed first!
Classifieds System:
This is a major project... The classifieds system will link into the resorts database as well as user database for the forums. The classifeds will get programed to automatically delete expired classifieds. The plan is to have scripts that will allow people looking for a unit to search the classifeds and the script will be able to pull information from the resorts database to help the searcher find what they want.
For example, people list that they have a Week 6, 4-bedroom sleeps 10 unit at Killington Townhouses in the classifieds . A person may come and be looking for a Week 6 ski vacation for 10 people. The script will search for the week (from classiffieds) and if the week matches what they want the script will then look at the "Resorts" database to see if skiing is listed for that resort. The script will then give the searcher a list of resorts that match what they were searching for.
The programing to do this is going to be complicated (perhaps very complicated) and like I said this will be some time before I get it going because it depends on the resorts database to work!
Forum without LEFT box option
I started working on a solution for members using dial-up to not have the navigation boxes on the left. The changes are complicated and the permissions are really difficult to get correct. I think I know how to do this but it will take me some time to get everything working corectly.
