OK, I am traveling for work and I can't hang out a lot but I am going to try to rebuild the database to see if that helps. Please report as specific as possible when you have problems and the nature of the problems being seen.
I will be turning off the site here in a moment to try to make things better...Comment

I have to be honest... I am not confident that things are completely fixed!
Please report problems and if the site gets flaky Frank and I need to know so we can shut her down to keep the database safe!
I am looking to get a second hosting account and set up a mirror setup so that if we lose a hosting account again that we can simply move to another server and get running a little quicker.
I am also looking at upgrading us to a bigger server as well. I don't want to do a knee jerk move but this was a pretty good warning that I have limited control over things as things are now.
It's been a long day and frankly, our hosting company did the fixes as the problems did not seem to be our site as near as I can tell.Comment

Ken....I'm having the same problem as this morning.
I received the same message...."Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage." And, it took me a really long time to be able to make this post.Angela
