Can someone please tell me how to ignore a poster when desired? Will this also keep the "ignored" poster from being able to PM you? Thanks for your help.

Now, if a member is abusing the PM system or otherwise being a problem you are welcome to call them out and they can find them self out of here...

Frank sent me the PMs and I am aware of the issue... Try the ignore feature and see if that solves the issue. I saw your request to not receive PMs from the other person and if they do not respect that request they will not be a member here much longer. They will receive a PM from me now.

I have tested the ignore feature... If a member adds another member to their IGNORE list they will NOT get any PMs from the member they chose to ignore AND they will not see any posts that the member makes. You can see however that a member had posted (just not what they posted).
Perhaps a few members want to use this

Somehow I think a moderator using the ignore function is not a good idea. But it does cut down on the amount of problems you will see.

Originally posted by katmanduThe problem with using the 'ignore member' feature is that anyone can continue harrassing another member and that member wouldn't be aware of it. I'd rather know what's being said than use the ignore feature. Otherwise I would have used it a long time ago.“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”
“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”
“You shouldn't wear that body.”
