Want to place some for sale ads

I am a timeshare owner and also a realtor. I would like to place some ads. Can you pelase direct me? Where do I find the rules, how to palce an ad, how is the ad is good, how many credits does it take to palce an ad etc?

Now, to your questions, everyone is given 3-free credits to use in the classified system. The cost to list an item is normally 1-credit (it can change but the system tells you if it is different). You can list your item for upto 2-months for this 1-credit fee.

Now, in addition to the fee to list the item, there is also options that will allow you to "bump" your ad. Bumping your listing also costs 1-credit and what this does for you is resets the time that the listing was placed so that your ad is at the top of the forums or the classified category listings.

You can also "feature" your listing and featuring your listing comes at special costs per period. Specifically, as the settings are today, you can feature an ad for:

7-days for 1-credit
30-days for 2-credits
60-days for 3-credits

When you run out of credits, you can buy more at the following rates:

$5 for 10-credits
$10 for 22-credits
$20 for 50-credits

Please do note that those costs are subject to change without notice!

As for rules, see the site code of conduct but in general we allow anyone to sell in the classifieds that is not considered spam. Each listing should be for a unique item as opposed to a laundry list of items (we close all phone/ipod/phone list ads without exception).

When you post a listing, try to ad as much information as possible as the classifieds system ties into the resorts database if you are able to include the RCI or II codes as an example. I also suggest adding resort photos if you can as we all like to see photos
