BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

I can view the database pages okay while logged out, the problem seems to appear when I am logged in and trying to access it. I get the same problem using Internet Explorer and Firefox. I have cleared all temporary files and cookies but problem still exists

          Mine is fixed

I had the same problem, until Quarterbore reset my account. No sure why it worked, but it did.

Funny, I had also used Explorer and then Firefox, Mac versions.

            Thanks for posting this...

I need to look at the settings as it seems like it is only a problem with the Posting Members group. I thought that might be the case back when Dustijam first said he was having problems but when I didn't hear from other people I made some changes to just his account to get him in.

If there are more people with the same issue there has to be a settings issue. I will try to figure this out...

Are you saying you can not see ANY pages...

for example this page doesn't work...

            http://www.timeshareforums.com/resorts/

I need specific advise to figure this out.... Please post a few URLs that give you that message!

            Thanks!

There are times when computer make no sense at all and this is one of them...

There is NO differences in the settings for the resorts database between the posting group and the registered group but yet the registered group works fine but the posting group did not...

The problem has something to do with the add-on navigation that I have built into the right side of the pages and somewhere there is a conflict in that script that shows the links with the scripts that show the stuff on the right...

So, I removed the code that puts the stuff on the right for thse pages and now it should work for everyone...

It is EXTREMELY important that people post strange issues like this when you see them as the resorts database worked fine for me... It is when I can see trends and specific pages that have problems that I can try to figure it out...

That page needs to ger recoded one of these days anyways so I will leave it like this while we finish populating the database... in the future I will have to figure it out...

Now, I only updated the SHOWLINKS.PHP page... if the problems occurs elsewhere I need to know to fix it!

Please let me know if your account still works... When I fixed your account before, I went in and set the database so that you were in both the registered and posting groups to fix this before...

I don't want to leave your account like that as there are some perks to being a posting member that you would not get when you are part of the registered group... so I removed the extra group from your accont now that I hope this problem is fixed...

If you find any problems, please post here or PM me!

Works fine for me too now.

The error only appeared when I clicked on a link to view the details of a particular resort in the database, I was able to see the list of countries/areas and the summary view of resorts in each area, but the error appeared when clicking the link for a specific resort

                        Hi

I am getting the same error again when trying to access a specific resort in the resorts database while logged in, I can access it while logged out. It was working for a while last week.

                        Thanks

Can you post specific URLs where and when you see the issue?
Can a few people post when you see a problem WITH the link?

I am starting to wonder if the resorts database is getting too big? If so, I may have to look at reprograming the resorts database sooner then I had planned...

I looked and the resorts database is working from this account (as an admin) but I have no idea where you have issues to be sure.

I am only getting problems when accessing the database while logged in.
The following link doesn't work no matter what resort id is on the end of the link
                            http://www.timeshareforums.com/resor...details&l=3966

The database works fine while logged out, including the search facility so it must be something to do with account permissions.

Oh shoot... That is the file I had changed before and I restored it from an archive... I am home so I can fix it now (I hope)...

                              Please try again?
