what is Rating?

OK I saw what reputation was Link It has been around a while and of course, Big Frank is the only disreputable person on the site. (way to go, Big Frank)

But there is now something new called rating. What is that about?

I assume you can now see what the Rating will do for us... it is a rating for peopel to provide feedback based on a purchase or exchange of goods...
