$1.1 Billion is one of the largest settlements ever, but it is reported that it saved MasterCard/VISA between $25 Billion and $87 Billion.

Also, it put an end to the practices by MC/VISA that prompted the suit.

Too bad the RCI Classaction attorney did not take the same approach . . . put it in terms of dollars and cents and seek to have the practice stopped.
