  • Question about ex-ops.

I'm just curious why I don't see the exchange ops when I hit new posts.

I can see them if I go to the section for exchange ops but how come I can't see them as new posts?

Is this the way it's supposed to work or is my account restricted?

    Just curious.

    Chris,

We had to change the new post view as some complained it was ALL ex-ops. There are times when we'll post 100 or more. That is why you must select them to see them now.

Funny, I hadn't noticed that being the case. I always click new posts and see ops (I think).

If you click today's posts you'll see them.

No wonder I've been missing ex-ops!

I seem to be getting them when checking new posts.

So apparently supermods and admins see them in new posts and members do not. What about moderators ?

                    Oh, okay.

Is there not a way to do a button for new ex-ops seperately from new posts?

You know I am very tech dumb so I like to use the easy stuff.

They are in New Posts, but not in the Start Page view.

While there were no RCI ex-ops today, there were II ones and I saw those under "new posts". For me, I want to see them under new posts so I'm not asking you to fix it so that I don't.

                          I'm not supermod/admin/moderator and I see them.

I think I can but I am not going to try for fear of screwing up big time, If Ken has time to do so we may add it in.

This morning I did not see them on my initial new posts view but later when I clicked on new posts again they showed up---along with a couple of other non-ex-ops posts. So apparently I've been missing some posts from time to time and JLB seems to have given us the explanation.
