So funny, but true.... love you, Pat !

    3. You know some of the RCI and II guides by name.

    4. You hope for Indianapolis and you're not a Colts' fan.

    5. You hope for New Brunswick and you cannot stand the cold.

    6. You know what lock-off means.

    7. Resale ! (Need I say more ?)

    8. You understand the Orlando, Branson and Myrtle Beach markets.

    9. You know the latest ROFRs for la creme de la creme resorts.

    10. Points and weeks become major issues.

    11. You ask someone to "please stop me" when considering yet another acquisition.

    12. You understand what week 53 means.

    13. (My favorite) You secretly bought one (or more) timeshares and did not tell your spouse/partner/S.O.

You mean everyone doesn't 'stop in' to see other area TSs when they travel????
My DH loves to do this.

On my latest trip to Marriott Fairway Villas at Seaview, my travel partner IreneLF and I went to Brigatine and stopped in to see a unit at Brigatine Beach Resort (nice location and 2BR unit) - and checked out the location of Flagship (waaaay away from the Boardwalk) and Wyndham TS (a slightly seedy location)

      Doesn't everyone do this?????

        - You attend presentations for the freebies all the while smirking inwardly knowing that you can get it resale for 90% less.

-You belong or subscribe to at least 2 timesharing forums or magazines.

        - You feel better on these forums as "you're understood".

You all know that my six year-old plays "condo" instead of house...this beats that one...the other day she came home and said, "Mommy, do you know that Natasha doesn't know what a "condo" is?

I LOVE to go visit timeshares...my family just rolls their eyes and comes along. They think I'm nuts.

You buy two summer weeks at the same resort and deposit one in Interval and one in RCI and compare trading power. (Yes, I did this)

Pfft. YES. Though my kids always say "We don't have to go around and look at places this time, do we?"

You align your timeshare units check-ins & check-outs so that you can be in Hawaii for one week, checkout on Saturday, take the Red Eye to the mainland, and check into an Orlando Marriott that has a Sunday check-in.

Some of you have done this.

                          You know who you are.
