Page 2 "Cougar of Abby and Alex"
Well he's here! He arrived home around dinner time and just kind of walked around curiously taking it all in. My kids were so excited but they remained calm and let Cougar slowly work his way over to them. He is so mellow! He napped on the living room floor for a while tucked up close to each of the kids.
At 10:00 I took him out for a potty break and then put him in his crate. He only wimpered for a few minutes then slept right through until 3:00!
I gave him another potty break and then put him back in the crate. He wimpered about ten minutes but then went back to sleep. I heard him from about 4:30-6:00 and when I went to let him out at 6:00 I found that he had left me a little present. Not bad for the first night, though.
My 10 year old son and I are home today doing a little family bonding. Cougar runs after us in the back yard then plops down when he's had enough. We're having a good time with him. Still haven't heard him bark but I'm sure he'll figure it out soon enough!
