I fell for this description and bought four bottles at my usual price point, $9.99. Doesn't it look good?

Keesha Vineyards Lodi Petite Sirah 2008

Quintessential Petite Sirah, with layers upon layers of dark berry fruit framed by a touch of spice and vanilla undertones. Complex and rich, this extremely limited production wine does not hold back. Approximately 820 cases produced.

    Parker’s Wine Buyer’s Guide No7
Virtually every type of wine seen elsewhere in the wine world is made in California…
Petite Sirah: ...Petite Sirah produces almost purple-colored, very tannic, intense wines with peppery, cassis-scented bouquets. The wines age surprisingly well; 15– to 20–year–old examples have shown a consistent ability to hold their fruit. The complexity and bouquet will rarely be that of a Cabernet or Merlot, but these are important wines. The Petite Sirah grapes has adapted well to the warmer microclimates of California.
Aging Potential.......... Petite Sirah: 10–30 years

Unquestionably our favorite release of this wine yet! What a stunning effort! Petite Sirah of this caliber normally sells for $35 to $50 per bottle!
The first release of Keesha Petite Sirah (2004 vintage; no 2005 was produced) sold out so quickly...
Even more brooding, dense and lush than the 2006 and 2007, this wine once again shows copious amounts of blueberry and cassis flavors, interwoven with a touch more spice than in the previous release. And once again, the tannins are incredibly ripe, particularly for a Petite Sirah.
Fewer that 800 cases of this single-vineyard, old vine Lodi Petite Sirah were produced. A sure fire sell out within weeks-order your case today!
