I subscribed. I have even seen things that I would enjoy. So far, I have not purchased. I am on a debt diet at the moment. Just finished paying college tuition for three kids. Sucked all of my disposable income right out of my wallet.

The good news: last semester for two of the three. Next to last semester for the third one. I can SMELL my wallet getting fatter beginning in February, 2011.

I signed on about a month ago, and haven't seen anything of interest yet. I may check Orlando when we go down south this winter.

Have you tried Restaurant.com for certificates? Often you can get a $25.00 certificate for about $2.00 with the promo code. There are often restrictions (like having to spend a minimum amount of money), but I've never had a problem using them.

We have used restaurant.com certificates for our timeshare vacations recently to San Francisco, New York, and Chicago besides our home area. Some restaurants we tried have recently refused to accept the restaurant coupons, but restaurant.com will give you a coupon credit. We especially loved the NYC restaurant.com certificates!

Anyone tried Travelzoo local deals? I think it is new. I received a few offers, but did jump on a steak dinner one where we get $100 value for $40. Now I just have to figure out how to get it.

It looks like it is only in a few cities at this point.

I've signed up for this, but haven't seen anything other than travel offers so far. I'll keep an eye out for other offers.

Today's Groupon is choking the servers -- $25 for $50 worth at any Gap, including sale items. Many cities offering, but limit 1 per person. Expires 11/19.

Can you sign up for several cities? It would only work for me in t/s related places..but I'm all about a good deal.

I have a friend who did this in NY, she said it was great exercise. I missed the "recital" at the end, but I heard it was a hoot. She had to buy an 'outfit' to "work out" in, it was hilarious.

Yes, you can sign up with as many cities as you like.

I unsubscribed from a Groupon today (had signed up with 2 different e-mails accidentally) and found the process quite funny. You may want to give it a try - they give you an opportunity to opt back in before the process ends.

Scoopon (sounds the same as your Groupon) arrived here a few weeks back and I've bought 2 vouchers so far. I'm such a sucker for those pamper sessions at Day Spas.

Today they have a $30 certificate for $15 to a steak restaurant chain near us. We are going to pick up a couple. They have great potato soup there.
