Ultimate YouTube revenge

An irked Canadian musician who accused United Airlines of breaking his prized guitar wrote a song that became an internet hit and a public relations disaster for the airline.

Dave Carroll composed “United Breaks Guitars” and posted it on YouTube after spending months chasing the airline to pay compensation and help repair the $US3500 instrument.

I do not recall the airline but someone posted on Flyer Talk an item, to the effect that ''United Breaks Guitars, (other airline) breaks dogs'' that went into details about a pet death on the airline in question.
