Anyway, what do you do to make yours? I'm sure there are many.

1 oz cold espresso
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz white creme de cacao

Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into chilled martini glass. It should be somewhat frothy.

shot of hot espresso to help melt the ice
1 to 2 oz Van Googh Espresso Vodka
1 oz black Cream de Caco
and for added fun add a shot of vanilla Vodka
