      Hopefully the medication will do its job quickly in breaking those up so you can get back to vacationing.

                                Keeping you in my thoughts...DH had pulmonary embolism 18 years ago, had a greenfield filter put in to prevent recurrence and has been on coumadin ever since. It is a condition which can be controlled by medication and proper care.
