Just so you know I brought down my lap top during dinner cause I knew the crap was coming. Sure enough it comes and sure enough site melt down. Could not even get the page to load.

I had forgotten to log in to the website on the desktop, so when it came up, I wasn't logged in to get it. And then the big freeze.

I escaped, having bought only a tub of the mixed greek olives (with pits). I didn't get those the first time they were offered, but after reading comments from purchasers I had decided to get them if they came back unpitted.

I've been on a SIWBM for a couple of months, though I am willing to suspend the moratorium if a few specific offerings appear either at woot or wtso. But none of those appeared in the wootoff, so no vino on the way for me.

As for regular woot, I don't hang out there at all anymore.

Have to fess up here... after finding out about woot.com from TS4MS, you all got me hooked! I admit... I do check the site at several random points during the day. I have yet to see a BOC!!! Is there a secret, or do you all just do nothing but watch woot.com all day???

From what I have seen the bag of crap comes on the 2nd to 3 rd day and always around dinner time here in the east coast so look on the 2nd day at about 4 to 7 pm EST.

I don't have to sit online and watch woot, although I often do. I get a text message every time a woot sale item changes. If there is something I want, I can get online and get it, unless it is a BOC, then I had better be online and logged in if I want a chance of getting it.

If you go to the community section at the top of the screen, you will see what has been wooted, all those things you missed and really needed. If you go back about 3 pages, you will find the random crap.

This has been an odd wootoff. Not the big batch of TV sets, haven't seen the iRobot stuff. Not even a lot of the cheap crappy toys. Just seems odd. Maybe more Amazon stuff than normal.

Since they did the BOC yesterday, and the woot continued, wonder if there may be a second batch being offered?

for a scooba I'll take the cellphone to bed with me. Better yet buy it and I'll pay you back. We'll meet up christmas eve. I have a lot of tile and hardwood on one level these days so a scooba is on my wish list.
