    Very interesting Frank.......BTW, I didn't notice anyone throwing their food on the floor in Spain? Did I just not notice?

            When we were in Andalucia, we did wonder off the beaten paths. We visited, and ate at a bunch of non-touristy places. In fact, we almost drove straight into a shepherd, and his herd one day, making a turn in some mountain side town. I guess I just didn't notice.

            I'll definitely take notice the next time that I'm there.

                Because of this thread I started thinking about what country is affiliated with what food or spice.

                This is what comes to mind when I think of a certain area.

                India = Curry, Jasmine rice,
                Germany = beer, Knackwurst, Frankfurter, veal
                Italy= Garlic, Pizza, Pasta's, meatballs, vino, pastry, olive oil, Cheese, Espresso, Sambucca
                Asia=Rice, all Chinese Japanese or Thai foods
                Holland=Cheese, beer, not food flower bulbs
                Amsterdam= beer,French fries
                Belgium= Belgium waffles, Chocolate,French Fries
                Mexico=Chocolate and vanilla flavoring, hot spices, Flank Steak, Taco's, Tequila, Burritos
                Israel=Matzo balls, Pastrami, Bagel,Knish, Dradel, gafilta fish not for me
                France= Fillet Mignon in a red wine sauce, wine, Champane begets, beingetts
                Poland, Kielbasa, Pirogies
                Egypt= Camels
                America=Burgers,Hot dogs,Cheese steaks, Dunkin Donuts, Cheese cake
                Greece=Olives, Feta cheese, Gyro, Solvakii
                Switzerland=Swiss Cheese, Swiss Chocolate, Hot coca, Cuckoo clocks and fine Swiss watches, Beautiful woman
