I have been going once or twice a week and I really like it. I modify it because I have bad knees (I don't hop or jump) and I still get a really good workout.

I d say, go for it, if she is fun loving....and has a friend to do it with.
We started 2 weeks ago and boy o boy it looks much easyer than what realy is.
Even when they show the steps 1 biginner is too much for us.
We end up with lots of laughing and glass of wine....

I shopped around and for $50 it was $20 less than any place else so I went for it. I figure I would put a note in the box of Chocolates I got her for mothers day saying that she eat eat all the candy with out guilt cause when she is done with the candy she can work it off with the Zoumba DVD's and weights that come with it that should arrive this coming week. Hopefully This will not be like one of those emails I get where at the end it says you heard the shot at the end.
