If you like Cosentino winery, this was the wootoff for you as whoever acquired the assets of Cosentino was liquidating inventory in this wootoff. Winery participation in the discussions has become essential for moving vino through wine.woot, and without winemaker discussion the only people willing to buy the prices listed were those few who had some prior knowledge of the product.

The few who did post were very positive about the wines; apparently Cosentino was quite highly regarded before it crashed and burned. This may have been one of those situations in which if you really knew the product there may have been some great deals. But most people weren't willing to pay more than $20/bottle for unknown product.

The few comments that were entered suggested to me that Cosentino was known for bold California-style reds. That made it an easy pass for me since that style is generally not to my preference, let alone the fact that I've got a glut of wine right now, and my budget really can't support $20 to $30 bottles of wine.
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

      “You shouldn't wear that body.”

Thank you, Frank! They're deeelicious if you like sweet-tart California apricots. Fantastic apricot-y flavor.

Some of the people writing comments last time were saying they weren't sweet enough, but they're not the Turkish kind of apricot--those are much sweeter and firmer and not tart at all.
