If I am not mistaken this trick has a fake finger that the hankerchief goes into. She puts it in and takes it out of the same finger, She shakes her hands so you can not see it and you get distracted by the cloths coming off.

Yep - fake finger tip on the right hand. Everytime she stuffs the cloth inside her hand she's rolling it up, then she sticks it inside the fake finger and closes the finger to hide it.
