They would have to pay me to fly them. The fares start out inexpensive and by the time you add on all the fees ($35/bag for carry-on/ $25/bag checked. $9/segment for assigned seat, etc) you can fly a real airline for the same cost.
I have also never had a hassle free flight with them.Lawren

My son grabbed a cheap flight from them once, and it made an unscheduled stop. Wound up taking him two hours longer than expected. Not a good choice, IMO.Angela
If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Vegas from Oakland
My niece and her husband and baby just made the above flight and had no problems. They were surprised though of all the charges for luggage and it could have cost them a fortune because they brought everything on this trip but because of a nice agent they paid less then they should have. This time it worked in their favor but unless she learns to pack better and that she doesn't need everything it will cost her.

I recently had a bad experience regarding a cancelled flight that I had not been notified about but I must say that they drove me to Philly at their expence and got me a seat on Southywest. I arrived at my destination 2 hrs earlier than originally scheduled. Another lady in our group had an almost identical situation with American Air so it seems like all the airlines are cutting down on customer service.
I intend to write a letter to the main office in Florida and inform them of the situation. I'll be anxious to see if I receive a replyKay H
