  • Oklahoma City Memorial

I just came back from my second visit to Oklahoma City. First visit was late in day last year, and this past visit lasted over a week.

I am more impressed with the memorial now and I thought I couldn't be more impressed after my first visit last year.

The memorial is quite beautiful day and night. The museum next door is an incredible experience. I don't think anyone can visit without shedding tears.

This memorial is a testament to what hateful people can do in a split moment (9:02 am) and to show that the people of Oklahoma will not let Violence define their lives.

If you have the chance, be sure to visit. If you can, be sure to make an effort to visit. You will come away with a humble and glorious feeling.

We went there about 5 years ago....it was a very moving experience and highly recommended. Thanks for sharing. We will go again anytime we are in Oklahoma......which is rare.
