I find their steaks good, but not great. What is great is their satisfaction guarantee. I have taken advantage of this a few times, as I thought they were good, but I was not absolutely thrilled. It's their handling of their guarantee that keeps me coming back and willing to try new things from their catalog.

I've sent Omaha Steaks for the last several years as gifts. This year I ordered a package for myself. I agree that they're good but not great. I can do better at my local Kroger grocery store and, they're less expensive.

Even though they're not great IMHO, I still beleive they make nice mail order gifts to friends/family you won't be able to see during the holidays or for special occasions.
