  • ? half bedspread

Does anyone know what you call the spread that some hotels and resorts are using on the lower half of the bed? I can't seem to find these. They are not full bedspreads, but add color to the white bedding.

I think you are talking about a Bed Runner.

They had those at the Harbour Lights. First I ever saw them. Maybe it's a BLuegreen thing? My first thought was gee , can't they afford a full bedspread? shaggy

At Wyn Ocean Blvd, Myrtle and Powhatan Plantation, Williamburg.

They are a lot easier to find a place for then the bedspreads. What do the rest of you do with the bedspread, when it's bedtime?

We yank it off the bed and put it in the closet. In hotels the chambermaid always pulls it out and puts it back on the bed. There's another advantage of timeshares--no one putting the spread back on the bed!
