Happened to us with service

We had the extended warranty problem; they said the part isn't made anymore, so you'll just have to do without. I realize it isn't their fault the part isn't made any more, but the extended warranty was of absolutely no use.

We had a Sears rep. out to fix a whole house vacume system which we told them on the phone that the hoses in the addict were torn. They came out and charged us for service without even going into the addict. They said they were not allowed to go up there. We got refunded once I threatened a law suit.
With K-mart I held their stock and when they went under they wiped out all the common shares and then re-issued. Cost me lots of money and I would never shop there again.
They are not closing where I live but I refuse to shop at either and wish they would both go out of business.
Bitter, yes. Very.
