Similarly to a beneficiary deed, leaving real estate to a beneficiary upon death of the owner, without having to go through probate.

An enhanced Life Estate Deed allows the owner(s) of a house, condo, etc., to remain in it, sell it, mortgage it, and do anything an owner of real estate can do, and have the title pass to another, called the remainderman, upon thier death.

I figured if anyone would have one, it would be Rapmarks.

I'm looking for a sample>>>husband and wife to individual beneficiary>>>form.

We have beneficiary deeds on our RE elsewhere, and TODs on personal property and financial accounts.
