I am just wondering if anybody else has had the Heating/AC ducts in their house cleaned.
We had ours cleaned a couple weeks ago and boy what a difference. The air is much cleaner now and I don't have the allergies I was having. We bought our brand home new about 10 years ago. We should have had them cleaned right after we moved in because there was a lot of debris from the construction as well as accumulated dust, etc.
They also cleaned the furnace and AC. It took about 4 hours to do the house. They charge by the vent plus furnace and AC. It cost $572 for everything and was well worth it. I strongly recommend it. If you decide to do it, I recommend that you use a company that only does duct cleaning rather than a heating/AC company. The company that did ours was very professional and did a great job.
