When TV did not cost $2/day and you didn't have to have a $5/day phone-watch in your pocket?

Yes, I remember but I've adjusted. The one I am not quite ready to adjust to is paying for radio. When the sirrius subscription that came with the car ran out, that was it for me. Their playlists seem very short anyway. I can't tell you how many times I heard Little Honda by the Hondells during that 3 month period.

Yep, and Ii also fondly remember when you could pile everyone into the car and go to the drive-in movie for a buck.

The price you pay for having more than 7 channels (NYC had 7) and not have to get off your butt to channel surf.

          There is still nothing on.

              HA!!

Actually, I remember growing up without electricity. Being able to afford a new battery for the radiuo was a big deal.
