Used to hit Mile-High Comics every week. 
Wasn't a tourist attraction back then, but enjoyed some great conversations there.
Metropolis and the Hall of Heroes are the only other two that've been on my list for a while, although we'll likely get to Universal eventually (for Harry Potter, though, not for the rides).
The Superhero Walking Tour in NYC is only one I hadn't heard of that I would really like to do.
