Came home Friday night and two cable service trucks were parked at the neighbor's. Thought may be he is getting improvements or whatever, it didn't bother me.
Later, I found I didn't have internet. The &$%#& techs cut off my internet while doing work on the neighbors project. Phone call to Comcast. Call basically went 'okay, we will have someone there in 4 days'.
Called the next day, tried to push for an earlier repair of their mistake, nope. Talked to a supervisor. 'Okay, we can have someone there between 12-6pm on Saturday.' Those hours came and went without a call or any service work.
Called Sunday to find out about the order number the supervisor gave me. I was again told the work would be done on Tuesday. So I was outright lied to by the supervisor.
I took a picture of the cable junction box, coax cable and connectors are exposed and laying outside of the box on the ground. Next time the lawn gets mowed, cables are cut and the mower is likely damaged. Guess that is what happens when you don't train employees well and hire cheap labor that doesn't understand their training. Oh, and they went through my yard to get the junction box and left my gate open. Glad the dog didn't get out.
Only 1 more day and hopefully they will fix their mistake and get my internet back up.
Oh, Comcast was 'so nice', they won't charge me for days I didn't have service.
