Seems like it is happening a lot lately.....well I don't go there as often as here but when I do go there lately the server load problem pops up.
Anyone else having issues?
"If a Nation expects to be ignorant and free in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.... If we are to guard against ignorance and remain free, it is the responsibility of every American to be informed." -- Thomas Jefferson to Col. Yancey, 1816
Doug has posted an explanation of the current position. It's good to see the facts of the matter rather than speculation, but it doesn't make pleasant reading.
I don't have any problems gettin on Tug every day ~~ At least some of their members state that this is an on-goin problem ~~ One of them was nice enough to state Timeshare Forums doesn't have any problems ~~ But ~~ all ya here is ~~ its comin ~~ Well ~~ keep payin those fees while Bill continues to collect the money & you still have the same problems for all most a year now ~~ Doug may or may not be a nice guy sometimes ~~ but he can only continue with his statements bout Tug gettin this & that ~~ Has anyone know how long its been or do you even care ~~ But ~~ you continue to here your gonna get something in the very near future ~~ As Kieth states ~~ "It's good to see the facts of the matter rather than speculation" ~~ Y'all keep believin that ~~
Thanks Timeshare Forums for havin what you have here for all of our members ~~ Its nice to log-in & get what your after ~~
I'm with you, Conch, and that's one reason I have never bothered to be a paying member of that site. I've survived without the reviews and sightings and whatever other secrets membership is privileged to have.
They could pay a vB specialist to come out and have them running FAST but they have chosen not to do that. Probably because it costs money and there isn't a loss of revenue that would force their hand on it. It fails the cost vs benefit analysis.
I can tell you there would be a hard limit on how much crap I would take as a volunteer. I far prefer to be paid to take crap
I have had trouble getting into their site for a week or so. It's always down. They should at least give priority to the paying members, though. I'm not sure how much longer I will be one, if their website problems continue.
Brian Rogers, TUG, reported on the Yahoo Fairfield group this afternoon that TUG is in the process of moving its TUG board to a new dedicated server and asked for patience.
Gotta agree BoardGurl with your statement ~~ I was a paid member for one year & what I got was nothin ~~ But that's the norm "Over Yonder" ~~ from what members could access for a membership fee ~~ plus the idiots who were on my case & thought they knew more than I did ~~ Didn't take me long to understand what was goin on ~~ I get most if not all free stuff over the internet ~~ I was a puter person with over 30 years of puter experience ~~ Of course I've been retired for over 12 years but I keep-up on all the current goin's ~~ That's why I don't say much here cause of three people who are here ~~
MSHatty ~~ Your correct ~~ He's been sayin this for almost a year now ~~ Patience ~~ I think he likes your money ~~ You believe what you what ~~ I know a few of us who know better ~~
