We facetime with far-away fam.

DW and one of her Words with Friends friends are playing right now, but their both in our living room.

DW and one of her Words with Friends friends are playing right now, but their both in our living room.

Hubby and eldest do that, and there've been times when half the family was at the dining room table Facebooking.

My two older daughters read a lot of books together (usually a book eldest wants middle daughter to read that middle daughter isn't getting to), and when one of them is visiting grandma they'll spend their evenings with the same book, intermittently chatting over Facebook about someone's favorite character doing something adorable or how dismal the illos are or how the cover totally mis-advertised the story or whatever.
