Does anyone have experience on the various background - credit and/or criminal check sites. We are wanting to do one and not sure which one to use?

In my last job we did submit all employees to LCH, Limited Criminal History, which I think had some tie-in to our local police (since our security team also had a tie-in to the police). Since it was limited, not so expensive. I think we paid $10 per person. Might be worth a call to your local police station to see what they recommend.
