Online shopping now. The 2005 SUV needs new brakes and rotors.

Found the brakes and rotors cheaper on the sellers site than on Amazon, so sorry Frank, I bought it without Amazon.

I always look for the best deals. IMO Amazon is cheaper about 90% of the time. If it is close I still buy it from amazon just in case there is a problem. There CS is the best if there is a problem.

Shopping just got a little more costly.

Amazon (as of today) is charging sales tax for purchases to MN. There is a thought that Amazon will be putting a supply center somewhere in the Twin Cities which would give them a physical location and the requirement for charging sales tax.

However, even with that, most of the time they will be cheaper than the shops 5 miles from me (AKA Walmart, Target Best Buy).

Looks like we got an early start this month. We are up to $1.92 and only need 4 more orders to start getting 6%.

Did anybody notice a dip in the amazon usage the first three weeks of September? We were on vacation in Italy and my DW was not able to buy stuff for the Grandkids. We had a great time. Italy has so much to see. It was, unfortunately, not much for timeshares since there are not many in the areas that are not ski area. She is back in business and those packages just keep coming. UPS and Fedex know our address well.
I hope that the income from the sales helps the site.

it does not matter if it is a $1 order. It gets us to the 6.5% mark which we are at now so for the rest of the month we are getting 6.5%. We have never made it to the 7% threshold but you never know. right now on a $1 book we get 6 or 7 cents I do not know which one. on a $3 book it goes to 19 or 20 cents. It adds up cause we get a ton of these small credits. With all the reading I wondered why there has been not much talk on these books in our book forum. I wonder if there is any interest in that book forum?

I use Amazon Prime with free shipping so I put in a lot of little orders instead of one big one. I figure it helps get towards the next level.
