  • Only in America - The vibrator ban

    The vibrator ban
A Georgia woman is suing the city of Sandy Springs over its law banning the sale of vibrators and other sex toys unless a person can get a doctor's prescription. Melissa Davenport says sex toys saved her marriage of 24 years after she developed multiple sclerosis. The law "says the government can stick its nose in your bedroom," she said. "It's appalling."
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

    “You shouldn't wear that body.”

The city of Sandy Springs is over-reaching, imo.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Actually, I believe Obamacare covers vibrators... so in theory, it shouldn't be a problem, but it may be by prescription only!

I believe batteries are also included.

A friend of mine on Facebook suggested shipping a "marital aid" to every member of the Sandy Springs city council. Amazon makes this easy to do, and relatively inexpensive.

That is definitely more than we need to know... or wanted to know.

Its a heavy duty vibrator but we end up needing to purchase them occasionally as they get borrowed and never returned or returned used up. I always tell those that borrow my stuff to return it the same way as I lent it. Clean and undamaged. Not too many things worse than needing to clean someones mess off your vibrator, imo.

I should probably wear my glasses. Italics get fuzzy without them. Our concrete vibrator is what Im talking about and they do sell them cheap at amazon.

Good question. What is the carbon footprint of a vibrator??? And if one lives in an area where the electricity is generated from hydropower, would it be more environmentally friendly to just skip the vibrator??

Seems like a question someone might be able to get a government grant study? I can write the proposal, but I need some volunteers to participate as subjects. Any takers???

The subject line of this thread just screams "devolve".
