    Great video and song.

I remember just about all of it. I was born in 1940. It was the greatest decade.

Good years for some things, not so good for others.

I remember that the oldies in the 70's went to high school in the 50's would usually like that Elvis or some odd jaberwaki rap. I wasn't around for anything but the aftermath.

I remember when I took the little bulb out of "Sleepy Tot", my night light to keep the montsors away, and stuck a finger in the socket to see what made the light light.

I remember waiting in front of the tv at 4 o'clock for the test pattern to go away and Howdy Dowdy to come on. I also remember the whole neighborhood going to the playground one night while the Civil Defense showed a movie on what to do when the bomb dropped. And the nuns showing us how to duck under our desks when the bomb dropped.

One of my earliest TV memories was the broadcasts of the Korean battles.

One big thing in the middle fifties was the Mickey Mouse Club. Davey Crockett was really big for a couple of years. I also remember Mr. Pinky Lee I thing later in life changed his name to TonyG

I also won a few bucks paying Texas Holden last night and this morning. Bruce

My 1st grade teachers were nasty penguins and cousin Bruce was busy losing money playing go fish.
